Dr. Christopher Taylor

Dr. Taylor is a native of Ottawa, Ontario. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in biology from Queen's University in Kingston in 1989, and his veterinary doctorate from the Ontario Veterinary College at the University of Guelph in 1994. His great love of outdoor activities such as hiking, camping and mountain biking made a move to British Columbia a natural choice following graduation.

Following many years of good-natured needling by friends, clients and even staff at other facilities, Dr. Taylor finally made the move to running his own veterinary hospital in 2004. He has particular interest in the areas of canine and feline reproduction, eye and skin problems.  Additionly, starting in 2006 he has taken advanced training in veterinary orthopedics with focus on perfecting his approach to repair of canine cruciate ligament injuries, and the use of plate and screw fixation and other methods of fracture repair in dogs and cats.
